Upon submitting your order you have 1 hour to notify us of a cancellation or alteration.

As these items are bespoke, they cannot be refunded unless they are defective. All our shoes are inspected before shipping for quality and photographed. We will not accept returns based on malicious or deliberate damage, wear and tear or otherwise.

If the item has been personalised incorrectly, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange with you to return then. New shoes will then be sent out. Incorrect orders must be returned within 7 days or they will be deemed as accepted.

It is your (the purchaser) responsibility to check all spellings, dates and colour choices are correct at point of ordering. Mistakes cannot be rectified unless we are informed within one hour of the order being placed.
